We want you to be happy with your Odyssey Aerials gear. This policy explains when and how you can return items and receive a refund.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging, in the same condition you received them.
Non-returnable items
Because they are made to order, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom and made-to-order 3D (TPU) printed parts
- Print-on-demand apparel
- Gift cards
How to start a return
Email us at drones@odysseyaerialsfpv.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Return shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is the result of our error or a defective item, in which case we cover it. We recommend a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and, if approved, issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. There is no restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at drones@odysseyaerialsfpv.com with your order number and photos. We will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
Crash and use damage
FPV components are used in a demanding hobby. Damage from crashes, normal wear, or use is not covered by this policy. Our coverage applies to manufacturing defects only.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for what you want.
